The White House Tribal Nations Summit will be held November 15 and 16, 2021. This year the Summit will take place virtually. Attendees are asked to submit their registration and submit any questions by this Friday, November 5, 2021.
The Summit will feature “panel discussions and listening sessions with high-level Administration officials on Tribal priorities.” An agenda is forthcoming and will be emailed to registrants. The policy panels will include the following sessions:
- Combating COVID-19
- Native American Education and Native Languages
- Public Safety and Justice
- Climate Change Impacts and Solutions
- Tribal Treaty Rights and Sacred Lands
- Economic and Workforce Development
- Infrastructure, Housing and Energy
- Listening Session with Federal Officials
