Rori Collins joined the Portland office of Hobbs Straus as an associate in 2025. She is an enrolled member of Nenana Native Association.
Rori received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2017. During law school, she was Vice President of Columbia’s Native American Law Student’s Association, and worked as a summer in the Anchorage office of another law firm dedicated to serving tribes and tribal organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, Rori completed the BerkeyWilliams, LLP Indian Law fellowship and worked as an associate attorney at Levitan Law. In these positions she gained experience working with Tribes and Tribal organizations on a variety of issues including health care, Tribal governance matters, economic development, and general contract matters. Most recently, Rori worked as Public Policy Counsel at the National Council of Urban Indian Health, where she provided legal analysis and policy expertise to support the advancement of health and health care for American Indian and Alaska Native people living in urban areas.
Outside of the office, Rori enjoys taking long walks, trying new bakeries, taking long walks to find and try new bakeries, and hanging out with her two cats.
