We reported in our General Memorandum 12-046 of March 23, 2012, on the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Advance Notice of Proposed Guidance regarding the possible reform of federal grant policies, including audits and cost principles. OMB specifically asks for comments on reform of Circular A-87 which applies to tribes.
Today OMB published in the FEDERAL REGISTER an extension of the comment deadline to April 30, 2012 (the original deadline was March 29). We attach today’s notice.
